The first I run to,
when troubles arise
nourishes my goals,
dreams, crazy aspirations
taught me lessons,
I couldn't learn from any other
witnessed my best,
witnessed my worst
never ending room to forgive,
and to forget
my mom, definitely my idol,
and much more
saves my life,
rescues me from the evil of the world
personal therapist, shoulder to cry on
holds the pieces of this twisted puzzle
would sacrifice my life for hers because
without my mother, life is nothing
gave me so much,
yet asks for nothing in return
young at mind, young at soul
no one could replace
over qualified to be my super hero
forever in my heart
the person I love above all, most importantly
love you mommy (: ♥
