Dialogue

“What do you think Japan is like Helga?”
“I bet it’s amazing. I mean, come on; the Japanese only make every single one of the electronics I own.”
“Yeah, iPods must grow on trees there, and all those sushi rolls much taste a million times better when you’re actually there.”
“I love sushi! But who knows? I sure don’t. Never been there, don’t think I ever will.”
“That sucks for you! I’m going over the summer and I’m taking that girl named Bertha you hate so much! We are going to have so much fun and you’re going to miss out on all of it.”
“What is your problem?! You have now become the most evil person I have ever met!”
“Hm, what does that taste like? Oh yes, it’s the sweet taste of revenge!”
“What are you talking about?”
“Remember three years ago, when you had your birthday party at Water World , and you didn’t invite me? You knew I always wanted to go there because of all the cute, topless guys in…
“Um, Stacy, I did invite you, but you were sick that day, so you ended up not coming.”
“Is that really what happened? It was such a long time ago…”
Yep, I even brought you chicken soup, and some flowers to make you feel better.”
“Wow, you’re the best! This revenge turned out to be pretty sour. Will you forgive me? Omg, you have to understand, I was pretty mad about it. It was so stupid of me! You know what it feels like right? Helga, please forgive me, I’ll do anything!”
“Oh no, oh no, it’s perfectly fine. Don’t you stress one bit over this.”
“Really? Gosh, I could never find a better best friend! “
“It is all good. I won’t forget this, though.”
Thank you thank you thank you! I love you more than peanut butter loves jelly! Wait, what do you mean by you’ll never forget this?”
“Nothing , nothing.”
“You’re going to get me back aren’t you?!”
“We’ll just have to see won’t we?”

  1. This would've been so funny to read out loud in class!! That was entertaining with good twists that I didn't see coming. And who's Helga? Ha-ha :)

  2. This was funny and surprising. A revenge gone wrong is inspiring another revenge!
